Step 1: Exploratory & Engagement Phase

We take the time to understand what succession looks like for our funeral and cemetery clients. We also clearly communicate how our process works before finalizing an engagement so that both parties understand their roles and responsibilities.

Step 5: Marketing Package & LOI Phase

Only buyers who accept our confidentiality requirements can review the package — if they show interest, we provide additional data in a sales memorandum and request a Letter of Intent (LOI) before moving forward.

We also secure all confidential materials and assist with contract revisions to ensure a successful closing.
