    We enlisted the services of Johnson Consulting Group in conjunction with the opening of our third funeral home location.  The logistics of operating multiple sites coupled with the sense of nerves that run high when opening a new business begged the need for trusted, professional advisors.  To say the team at Johnson Consulting are a group of trusted, professional advisors is an understatement.  Jeff Casey & Chris Kruger provided us with wisdom, guidance and counsel that exceeded our expectations.  Our vision and our goals became theirs.  From the initial site visit of Jeff & Chris, they hit the ground running and began drawing the roadmap to our success.  This subsequent year that we’ve been working with Jeff Casey for quarterly reports and updates, has only solidified our belief that we made the right decision enlisting the services of Johnson Consulting.  The day to day operations and responsibilities of being hands-on management in multiple funeral homes makes it difficult to pay attention to the actual “business” itself.  Johnson Consulting has forced us to pause and reflect on the business model and find areas that have lacked proper attention and other areas where improvement is possible.  It’s easy to maintain “status quo” in the operation of funeral homes, but routine meetings with Jeff Casey force us out of complacency and keep us motivated to strive for excellence.
